Great seaside view, Clean and modern rooms, great location with everything walkable

- Smart TV with youtube, netflix, tv, etc - In-room aircon - Clean and Modern rooms - (Lucky enough to have a seaside view with balcony, which is beautiful and can highly recommended) - Great location, right on the main boulevard of Haeundae, on the door step of a big traditional market street, and the beach esplande, and short walk to the Mipo cruise port and beach train - On-site laundry room and rooftop bar and restaurant

Location is very good, worth for the price.

Dont have enough electrical socket, slippers are stingy, less lights, no mirror for make up in the room.

Brilliant location! Would absolutely stay here again!

The location is excellent! The bed was comfortable. Great rainfall shower. Elevators were pretty fast. 2 x complimentary bottles of water each day. Loved the beach view.

An in room safe would have been good. There was a kettle and cups but no coffee or tea or spoons.

Great location

Really great location. Plenty of food options 24/7. Quite a few bus stops within 5 mins walk.

Sewage stench near the entrance. But doesn’t affect the stay at all

If you want to stay in Haeundae Beach, this is a great hotel to stay. Clean and with a pretty view.

This hotel was a pleasant surpise. We stayed in a room with Ocean View in the 19th floor and it had an amazing view. The room itself was clean and had all the amenities that would be expected like tooth brush, lotion, shower gel and shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Besides it was a great location by the beach and centre of Haeundae Area, close to both the Aquarium and The Blue Line Park.

There was nothing in particular that we didn´t enjoy. The staff was nice, spoke both Korean and English, and made an effort to make our stay a pleasant one.

Amazing location

I always stay at this hotel due to it's great central location at Haeundae. Very close to the beach, restaurants and bars with a wonderful cafe on the ground floor. You can get beach views from some rooms. It's generally clean and comfortable.

The room has carpets so there's a bit of a stuffy carpet smell for some rooms. Service at the check-in counter could be much better in terms of warmth and friendliness. However the location makes up for it.

Wonderful

Very comfortable stay. The room is spacious and bed was comfortable and comes with a balcony. It's very near to the beach and local transport. We had a lovely time here. Friendly and english speaking staff. They kindly gave us a room with a little view of the sea. We stayed for 4 nights and we loved it.

Going to Busan central is a little far. About 30-40 mins via public transport.

The hotel close to Haeundae station . It takes about 6-7 minutes by walking. Overall, nice location, friendly hosts, neat room.

I was not very pleased with the disposable options in the room, but otherwise my stay was very nice

The staff at the lobby were super nice and helpful, the room was great, no problems with internet connection or with the room itself. The mini-fridge was very useful.

It seemed that the towels were replaced everyday, even though we didn't ask for it. I thought the hotel was a little more environmental friendly since there was supposed to be an option to not change towels so frequently and also because there were rechargeable containers for shampoo and shower gel. However, these were always empty and single-use amenities were offered and replaced everyday. Toothbrushes and cuetips were also offered, which is nice since sometimes people forget to bring those when traveling, but it didn't make any sense to replace the toothbrush everyday as well! One toothbrush per person per stay is ok, no need to change it, unless the person stays at the hotel for a couple months. Same goes for the flipflops that were provided. Even though there must be precautions regarding Covid-19, the shampoo and shower gel containers can be refilled and sanitized after the person checks-out of the hotel. Please consider using reusable solutions when possible and reduce disposable ones, especially options that come with unecessary packaging.

Wonderful

The location was amazing, just a short walk away from Haeundae beach. Room was clean and had everything we needed. The half view of the beach from the room was a nice plus.

The shampoo, conditioner bottles in the shower were empty.

Fantastic View

The view from our balcony was AMAZING, got lovely photos of the sunset each evening. The location is perfect. Comfortable bed, hot showers, cold fridge.

The weekend rate is significantly higher than weekdays, which was shocking when asking to extend. The room was also a little small for 2 people and all of our luggage.

Overall, our stay was amazing! and we are definitely going back!

We love our hotel room it has an ocean view which is really relaxing.

Theres no bathrobe in our room which is odd for the hotel like this and price we think there should be bathrobes for the guest. Also, no extra toilet paper in our room.

Avoid long stays if typhoon inbound…not refunded for early check out!

the location was amazing! couldn’t have asked for a better spot. the room was clean and comfortable.

I had to shorten my stay due to a super typhoon that was on a direct path for Busan. Spoke to the manager at check in and I was approved to shorten my stay by one day and would be reimbursed the charge on the day I checked out due to the typhoon. When it came time to check out, the clerk spent 45 minutes “reimbursing” me for the day I was charged for that I was approved to cancel. After 45 minutes, I was informed she couldn’t reimburse my card and I’d have to come back at another time so they could contact my bank to reimburse me. I may live in the country but it’s a 4 hour drive from where I live to Busan…I couldn’t imagine if I was an international traveler. Needless to say, I was never refunded.
